Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Augenarzt Jobs platform.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the “Augenarzt Jobs” platform operated by Persolab Digital Solutions (owner Emre Kayali) by doctors (candidates) and employers (practices, medical care centres, hospitals). By registering, the user accepts these Terms.
2. Platform services
“Augenarzt Jobs” is a specialist job board for ophthalmology. It connects verified candidates and employers, provides search, match and application features, and helps employers manage vacancies and applications. There is no entitlement to placement or employment.
3. Registration and verification
Use requires registration. Information must be truthful and complete. Certain features require verification (e.g. medical licence). Credentials must be kept confidential.
4. User obligations
Users undertake not to post unlawful, misleading or infringing content and to comply with applicable law. Posted content (e.g. job ads, profile and document data) is the responsibility of the posting user.
5. Closed beta
The platform is in a closed beta phase. Feature scope and availability may change; individual features may be temporarily limited. Feedback via the feedback feature is expressly welcome.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
